28.05.09 - NEW AUTOMATED EVENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
ADM has launched a new automated event management system in conjunction with software partner Metcalfe as an extension to its established e-mail marketing offering.
The system allows invitees to respond to electronic invitations via an event booking form which can be customised to capture information specific to the event including names of other attendees, dietary requirements and overnight accommodation.
An automated e-mail is generated confirming the acceptance of the invitation and any other associated information.
The system is easy to operate and removes the vast paper trail historically associated with coordinating delegate and guest lists.
Tony Moss comments: ‘For event organisers this system will prove a god send. I am not aware that there is a similar package which integrates so effectively with an e-mail marketing system. Conference organisers and event management co coordinators will really see the benefits.’
Channel Advantage has recently used the event booking system to handle the response from guests invited to a summer music concert. |
